There is a 5% tuition reduction for a second and third child if all are enrolled full-time.
     
* New Families: The Enrollment Fee should be submitted with the Birchwood School of Hawken Enrollment Agreement. Families will receive an invitation to enroll in FACTS tuition management. All tuition and fee payments will be made online in FACTS.

Current Families: Payment of fees will be done through your FACTS account. There will be a re-enrollment process to complete in FACTS.

To continue our community spirit at Birchwood and maintain the school's many projects and initiatives, we hope that all parents will contribute five hours of volunteer service to the school each year. The school has prepared a list of jobs that can be done at home or school, which will greatly benefit the operation of the school. Although this is no longer a mandatory requirement, it is our desire that parents who have not had a chance to volunteer could also dive in with their support. We hope it will also continue to foster the wonderful and unique community relationships that are so much a part of the school.
