In the classroom helping teachers with events like special international food days in social studies class or the 100 Days event in kindergarten.
Selling raffle tickets, or assisting with the food tables at the International Festival and Auction (IFA) each December.
On school field trips as bus chaperones.
Helping children and teachers select books at the Book Fair.
Each family is required to perform at least five hours of volunteer service to the school each year. It is simple to look over the many volunteer opportunities offered and to sign up online at signupgenius.com.
If a family is unable to fulfill their five-hour volunteer commitment, they may pay $250 in lieu of their time.
